Hi.

Please Let me know the Special rates of Vat tax for works contract of Installation of Mobile towers in Rajasthan .

asper the vat the works contract slab are two way one is 2 % and another is 4%

i hope ur thinks are come uder the common works contract tax @ 4% under the VAT

if u r doing any special works to economic special zone then u dont need to pay tax

Let me know, TDS chargeabe on service tax amount....or before service tax amount.

the tds amount only in the amount of value so no need to calculate in the other tax also
