Is it normal or do we have any procedure to complain about this within the Corporate?

My manager and all the colleagues were involved.And I think the HR department is useless.
It took me two years to recover and now I am going to start my CA again but due to gap I may face difficulty in getting the job.
How will I justify this gap.
Plz if anyone still believes that humanity exists.

In most of the big organisation, there is s*xual harassment committee. From the query, it is not ascertainable whether your organisation have such committee or not. You may wish to check internally in the regard and approach the committee.
