I am undertaking works contract from IOCL .recently commertial tax dept Karnataka has sent notice informing to pay additional tax as I have not submitted the RA bill copies. Basically we are not submitting any RA bills. how to reply them

Get a certificate from IOCL that this is the amount of contract awarded and this is amount of contract executed periodwise and submit before the authority.
