14 August 2010An Enrolee, Now 60 years old, wants to pay 5 year Profession Tax u/d. Composition scheme by paying 4 years P.T. Amount. After Making P.T. Payment u/d. Composition Scheme, Such Enrolecan apply anytime before complition of his age of 65 years, for cancellation of his enrollment number under the act????
If applied, wheather P.T. O. is duty bound to cancel such EC Number ????

Our Sales is CST .Pur purchase is VAT.monthl paid CST.
my question is VAT is amt adjusted in CST 24(A)

My company sales is CST and VAT, and also our purchase is CST and VAT
my question is every month i am paid CST , not Paid in VAT because every month our VAT input High
