The first ingredient of success is desire. . Your desire for success must be so strong within you that it's the very breath of your life. It must be your first thought when you wake in the morning, and your last thought when you go to bed at night.

After determining to do excellent only in life; now you have to focus on how to do excellent ?
Whenever you do anything; ask yourself whether you are doing excellent :
(I am taking the example of Studies).
1. Strategy towards studies - Knowledge Vs. Scoring of Marks (both are important ).
2. Collecting all the relevant Materials (i.e. books, notes, compilations etc.)and Arranging them for easy access.
3. Full Concentration the studies
2. Good Planning
(proper allocation of time to each subject according to your own command and interest)
3. Using Mnemonic Techniques
(For such Techniques : Search Google)
4. Using Fast Reading Techniques
(First try to read as fast as possible without understanding any thing. When you feel tired; make your reading speed slow with understanding. Again when you feel fresh; go fast, repeat the procedure).
5. Forming Groups for Regular Discussion
(Allocate tough topics between various students and then discuss to have command - Basic Principle is Divide and Rule)
6. Regular Updation
(caclub is not for gossip only, find good materials which is already here)
7. Surprise Check of Self (to overcome fear at the time of exams)
8. Preparing the topic as if you have to give a lecture (to have a great command on the subject).
9. Professional value of a subject (count in terms of money if you wish to make a career in that area)
10. Above all, try yourself how to find pleasure in Reading !
