चाणक्य के अनमोल विचार 

Quote 1: Before you start some work, always ask yourself three questions – Why am I doing it, What the results might be and Will I be successful. Only when you think deeply and find satisfactory answers to these questions, go ahead.

In Hindi : कोई काम शुरू करने से पहले, स्वयम से तीन प्रश्न कीजिये – मैं ये क्यों कर रहा हूँ, इसके परिणाम क्या हो सकते हैं और क्या मैं सफल होऊंगा. और जब गहरई से सोचने पर इन प्रश्नों के संतोषजनक उत्तर मिल जायें,तभी आगे बढें

Quote 2: A man is born alone and dies alone; and he experiences the good and bad consequences of his karma alone; and he goes alone to hell or the Supreme abode.

In Hindi : व्यक्ति अकेले पैदा होता है और अकेले मर जाता है;और वो अपने अच्छे और बुरे कर्मों का फल खुद ही भुगतता है; और वह अकेले ही नर्क या स्वर्ग जाता है.

Quote 3: God is not present in idols. Your feelings are your god. The soul is your temple.

In Hindi : भगवान मूर्तियों में नहीं है.आपकी अनुभूति आपका इश्वर है.आत्मा आपका मंदिर है.

Quote 4: Even if a snake is not poisonous, it should pretend to be venomous.

In Hindi : अगर सांप जेह्रीला ना भी हो तो उसे खुद को जहरीला दिखाना चाहिए.

Quote 5: Do not reveal what you have thought upon doing, but by wise council keep it secret being determined to carry it into execution.

In Hindi :   इस बात को व्यक्त मत होने दीजिये कि आपने क्या करने के लिए सोचा है, बुद्धिमानी से इसे रहस्य बनाये रखिये और इस काम को करने के लिए दृढ रहिये.

Quote 6:Education is the best friend. An educated person is respected everywhere. Education beats the beauty and the youth.

In Hindi : शिक्षा सबसे अच्छी मित्र है.एक शिक्षित व्यक्ति हर जगह सम्मान पता है.

Quote 7: As soon as the fear approaches near, attack and destroy it.

In Hindi : जैसे ही भय आपके करीब आये , उसपर आक्रमण कर उसे नष्ट कर दीजिये.

Quote 8: Books are as useful to a stupid person as a mirror is useful to a blind person.

In Hindi : किसी मूर्ख व्यक्ति के लिए किताबें उतनी ही उपयोगी हैं जितना कि एक अंधे व्यक्ति के लिए आईना.

Quote 9: As long as your body is healthy and under control and death is distant, try to save your soul; when death is immanent what can you do?

In Hindi : जब तक आपका शरीर स्वस्थ्य और नियंत्रण में है और मृत्यु दूर है,अपनी आत्मा को बचाने कि कोशिश कीजिये; जब मृत्यु सर पर आजायेगी तब आप क्या कर पाएंगे?

Quote 10: A man is great by deeds, not by birth.

In Hindi : कोई व्यक्ति अपने कार्यों से महान होता है, अपने जन्म से नहीं.

Quote 11: The serpent, the king, the tiger, the stinging wasp, the small child, the dog owned by other people, and the fool: these seven ought not to be awakened from sleep.

In Hindi : सर्प , नृप , शेर, डंक मारने वाले ततैया, छोटे बच्चे , दूसरों के कुत्तों  , और एक मूर्ख: इन सातों को नीद से नहीं उठाना चाहिए.

Quote 12: As a single withered tree, if set aflame, causes a whole forest to burn, so does a rascal son destroy a whole family.

In Hindi :जिस प्रकार एक सूखे पेड़ को अगर आग लगा दी जाये तो वह पूरा जंगल जला देता है, उसी प्रकार एक पापी पुत्र पुरे परिवार को बर्वाद कर देता है.

Quote 13: The biggest guru-mantra is: never share your secrets with anybody. It will destroy you.

In Hindi : सबसे बड़ा गुरु मन्त्र है : कभी भी अपने राज़ दूसरों को मत बताएं. ये आपको बर्वाद कर देगा.

Quote 14: Treat your kid like a darling for the first five years. For the next five years, scold them. By the time they turn sixteen, treat them like a friend. Your grown up children are your best friends.

In Hindi : पहले पाच सालों में अपने बच्चे को बड़े प्यार से रखिये . अगले पांच साल उन्हें डांट-डपट के रखिये. जब वह सोलह साल का हो जाये तो उसके साथ एक मित्र की तरह व्यव्हार करिए.आपके  व्यस्क बच्चे ही आपके सबसे अच्छे मित्र हैं.

Quote 15: The fragrance of flowers spreads only in the direction of the wind. But the goodness of a person spreads in all direction.
In Hindi : फूलों की सुगंध केवल वायु की दिशा में फैलती  है. लेकिन एक व्यक्ति की अच्छाई हर दिशा में फैलती है.

Quote 16: The world’s biggest power is the youth and beauty of a woman.

In Hindi : दुनिए की सबसे बड़ी शक्ति नौजवानी और औरत की सुन्दरता है.

Quote 17: We should not fret for what is past, nor should we be anxious about the future; men of discernment deal only with the present moment.

In Hindi :हमें भूत के बारे में पछतावा नहीं करना चाहिए, ना ही भविष्य के बारे में चिंतित होना चाहिए ; विवेकवान व्यक्ति हमेशा वर्तमान में जीते हैं.

Quote 18:There is some self-interest behind every friendship. There is no friendship without self-interests. This is a bitter truth.

In Hindi :हर मित्रता के पीछे कोई ना कोई स्वार्थ होता है.ऐसी कोई मित्रता नहीं जिसमे स्वार्थ ना हो. यह कड़वा सच है.
