Quoted wrong PAN in TDS return

Friends,

I have quoted wrong PAN of deductee in TDS return, and filed the return with the same wrong PAN. 

- How come you got the PAN number of deductee? you have to get TAN no only of deductor. 

The ITo processed the return and issued the refund with the wrong PAN, The Banker rejected the refund voucher as the PAN was different.

- Refund comes to the return filer, with the PAN of deductee, not the PAN of deductor.

now i came to know about this blunder. After verifying the wrong pan is existing with different assesee name.

What to do now?

Shall i file revised TDS return and file for rectification?

Please help me out...
