In a PVt limited company with 2 directors.if in the agm of a PVt limited company only the directors were present,no other shareholders were present.
can the 2directors be considered as quorum or members other than directors need to be present for considering the quorum.

ONLY IF THE DIRECTORS ARE ALSO MEMBERS
Thank you for the reply.but I think every director will definitely have some shares in the company.is there any difference between shareholders and members.plz clarify.
