how to file return for trading
actually my relative has almost 1.2cr sale value and buy value and he had loss around 72 thousands in equity.
and he has more than 5lakhs sale value and buy value and he had around 20 thousanda profit in future options.

Equity intraday will be under speculative business income..
Futures and options will be under normal business income
Equity delivery trading will be under capital gains..
But depends on the other factors as well.
If you are completely in share market then entire transactions should be considered under business income
