Question regarding service tax problems

service tax shown separately in the invoice means that the gross amount shown in the invoice is exclusive of tax...........and when it is not shown separately ...it means that the amount is inclusive of service tax

service tax not shown on bill ...........................the service provider may be a) under exemption limit of 10 L b) availing any notification for exemption of the service provided c) the service billed is exempted 

unless the quantam of service tax is mentioned on the invoice, its not advised to opt for cenvat credit on such bills.

PLS PLS TELL ME IN DETAIL HOW DO I FILE SERVICE TAX ANNUAL RETURN FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES...

HOW DO I ENTER DETAILS OF ALL THE SERVICES IN ONE ST3 FORM....

PPL ARE MISGUIDING THAT 3 SEPARATE RETURNS ARE TO BE FILED FOR 3 SERVICES REGISTERED...

Three separeate return may also be filed but it is advisable to file one retrun including all the category of services.
