Question on gst for leased commercial/factory property

I am proprietor of my business. iam registered with GST. My legal name under GST is my individual name & Trade name is my firm (Business) name.

My question is:

I have one commerical property which i have given on leave & licence (rented) to the party.

The property is on my own name & not in the name of my business.

Whether i am liable to charge GST on rent to party ? At what Rate ? Under which SAC code?

If yes, then how to raise bill with GST ?

From my business invoices or to creat new on my legal ( individual ) name.

Experts please guide me.

Rental or leasing services involving own or leased non-residential property

GST Rate @ 18%

You can use your PAN as your business also you use the PAN in your Rental Income

You can raise bill for your Own address. You can create new one or Your leagal name's Receipts...

But, Just you can notify your GSTN....
