What is abatment? and what is its rate
I m dealing in a business which not so high turnover ? for that reason should i charge service tax from customer or sell without service tax when and where it applicable, and whom is liable to pay service tax

1. A-Import-SKD-Pays customsclearing etc.-manufacturing-sells-open market company B.
2. Company B in Service sector providing labour pays Service tax-
If products purchased from B will be used as sales promotional expenses
Whether the excise paid on product is available against Service tax?
