download the form
and call ICAI... if for christ sake they pick up.
and just send them.
if they need anything else... they will call you and tell you.. but do give your no. in the form

> You will get latest study material applicable for IPCC students.

After the conversion, don't wait for any conversion letter. Fill your exam form on provisional basis.
