I have registered in up in composition scheme. I will purchase machine from Maharashtra. the machine company also registered in composition scheme.
so my question is can he sale inter state supply in composition scheme
please clarify my issue because he said I will raise the invoice bill of supply for dilevering the machine

No. he cannot makw any inter-State outward supplies of goods.

Composition dealer can only issue Bill of supply invoice. But they can't make interstate outward supplies.
Is machine used for trading purpose(re-selling) or used as fixed asset.???
