query to opt composition

If service provider provider provide service in FY 18-19 of value 48 lacs and advance recd 3 lacs.total GST charged on 51 lacs .can he opt for composition in FY 2019-20 as turnover is less than 50 lacs but GST charged on 51 lacs? Pl reply.
