If renovation is made in college building like converting extra rooms into a class rooms labs etc. so what was the rate of work contract applicable for them i.e. in which case of work contract it comes.

There will be both TDS will be apply. 1 is Under sales tax & 2. Income tax at 2% of Co & 1% if individual. TDS is depend on value of W.C.
