I have aQuery regarding Points of Taxation in Service Tax.Last Nov 11Exam, there was a notification specifically saying
that it wont apply for that attempt.Whether Points of Taxation is applicable for May 12?Is there any notification from the
Institutes side in this regard?
Please Answer.Thx in Advance.

It replies the questions iof when it is taxable?
At what point the tax liability arises?
Tax rate to be decided at which date? etc.........
Good to have a knowledge about it as it helps in your articleship and you won't find it difficult to remember once you see it practically............
