09 August 2016Greetings, members I have a doubt, If share capital increases for a small company, the stamp duty is 0.15%(AP), is there any other fee payable? like AOA charges etc? kinndly reply me thank u

You have to pay ROC filing fee and stamp duty which can be checked at MCA portal:
