Query relating to form 23ACA

I have a query regarding the related party transaction as per AS 18 to be given in form 23ACA.

I would like to know that  whether only the listed companies and their subsidiaries has to give the amount of related party transactions or it has to be given by all the companies (in case there has been related party transactions during the financial year.)

Please help its urgent.
