Yes. it can be done from the particular website of Income tax department.

You can get the intimation from the following site:

https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

you have to register your pan on the site.

if u hv already registered then under the service menu you have an option of intimation u/s 143(1) & u/s 156.

But keep in mind that intimation could be viewed only in respect of the AY for which u have file ur ITR online.

In respect of manual return u can it from your Assessing Officer.
