24 December 2011My Client is unable to claim tax credit under Form AS26. She has collected the requisite documents from the deductors i.e TDS challans etc.My query is to whom the above mentioned documents are to be submitted so that she can claim tax credit.If the documents are required to be submitted to NSDL, then at which address ( Head off or TIN call centre off) it is to be sent?

nothing is required to be done by your client.
It seems that deductor has not filled his quarterly tds returns.
The deductor has to file quarterly returns of the amount deducted then the tds credit will appear in the name of the deductee in form 26 AS

The Deductor has already filed the quarterly TDS returns. The deductors has provided us the requisite documents such as receipt copy of the payment of the TDS. Now where should the client submit the above mentioned documents?
