Can we create HUF without ancestral property ?

Dear Rahul,
Yes an HUF can be created without ancestral property. You just need PAN in name of HUF you wantto create. But the correct question whould be how to create capital for HUF? I am attaching a file which I read somewhere, I hope it will serve the purpose.
