my Clint has a retaile store having 1cr turnover.is it necessary to mention HSN summer on gstr 1 ?

Rules of mentinong HSN/SAC code
If Previous year Turnover is
0 to 1.5 Crores then No HSN/SAC Code to be mentioned
1.5 Crore to 5 Crore 2 Digit HSN/SAC Code to be mentioned
above 5 Crores 4 Digit HSN/SAC Code to be mentioned.

thank you sir,in gstr 1 manual they mentioned that HSN details are mandatorly furnish in gstr 1 return at any turnover.but above rurle are correct for rules of mentioning HSN codes in invoice.

i guess you will need to give details .... if not HSN code then desciption of goods is mandetory

If your turn over is less than 1.5k then you don't want enter your HSN details in GSTR 1....
If your turn over is less than 1.5k then you don't want enter your HSN details in GSTR 1....
