What will be the GST impact of Income from other state?
He will charge GST according to Rajasthan State or he will have to take registration in Haryana also.

He is not required to register in haryana. if he is just giving the building for rent and not doing any supporitng services.

Just because the POS is in outside state, you need not register there.
It is very difficult you to explain here, it reuires a lot of definions and sections needs to be explained here.

but as per GST act individual who doing business in different states had to take separate GST
