I am sending goods to Rajasthan in part and remaining will be as recipient demand there is only one invoice then how to prepare e way bill in this case

Send & Generate E-way on challan attached copy of bill with challan.
Note : above practice of sending material in parts depends upon the nature of Goods , ie AC ducting supplies.
