query related adjustment in gst

i have file my gst3b with some adjustment but i file gstr1 without adjustment.. plz tell me solution for this

1st of What You mean Some adjustments...?

What are the adjustments In Your GSTR 3B...?
What is missing in GSTR 1 return...?

sale related to march 2018 identify in September and show in September 3B return but it is not show in gstr1 of September... so ppz give me solution
