We have taken a partnership firm in FY2016-17 In which a land was there. The firm Purchase the land in FY2008-09. We have constructed on the land in the FY16-17 and FY17-18. Now we sold the land (Incl building) to another Pvt. Ltd company.
Please suggest the calculation with example for Long term capital gain.
