Under Commercial Tax scenario, you have to obtain VAT and CST Registration as per State VAT Act and CST Act respectively. If your activity comes under service Tax preview, you have to obtain Service Tax Registration. Under Service Tax purview your threshold limit is 10 lacs per annuam and VAT Scenario it is 5 lacs per annum
