  VAT registration is a must. IT will automatically come in picture.If you are doing interstate trading CST regn

along with VAT becomes necessary. If this trade exends to places out of country also then Customs Duty is also to be complied with. If you deal with controlled goods such as drugs,medicines,liquor etc  related statutes like,Drug Control Act are also to be followed.........MJK
