Query regarding service tax on services pertaining to export of goods?

My Query: There is a party who is doing business of goods transport agency(GTA) who is liable to pay service tax on their services provided.The GTA is providing a service to a manufacturer who wants his goods to be delivered in port which is to be exported. My doubt is whether this service pertaining to Export of goods is exempt from service tax ?
