SIR, IN THE QUICK SUBMISSION OF RETURN FOR AY:2017-18 ONLY ITR-1 AND ITR-4 IS UPLOADED. WHY NOT ALL ITR FORMS?

Online ITR submission process is still under implematation; in due course of time all the ITRs will be available for online submission!!
