Dear friends, I am interested in purchasing a website. I am not familiar with this kind of deals and interested in knowing the price that can be quoted to purchase a website with all its members. The owner of the website is ready to sell the website for Rs. 40,000 /- I cannot post the name of the website here, but the full descriptttion of the website is as under:

The website is with all the facilities that is on CAclubindia like Forums, Chat Room, Point and Thank system., PMs, Scraps etc.

Technical information of the website is as under:

Server: 150 GB HDD and 4 GB ram hosted in Linux Cent OS server. Unlimited bandwidtth and 1 GB upfront port. And VIP Server support. The license of the website is fully owned and no renewal yearly fees is required to be paid.

I would like to have the idea regarding the price that can be paid for this kind of website. Thanks in advance.

40000 is too much bro ... even he is selling u a well established site but still its too much ... try to negotiate with him to Rs.20000 .... otherwise in my opinion u can establish a site and that will be more cheaper and economical ....

Domain cost = ~ 10$ p.a.

Hosting = ~15$ p.m or ~150$ p.a

aur kya chaiye itna bahut hai... purchase the site and intall vBulletin/ipb on it and install its add-ons too .. and u'll get a good website..
