query regarding place of supply

Suppose landlord in AP entered into agreement with construction services provider in Telangana to provide construction services to his land in AP
In this case whether supplier can give IGST bill by charging IGST

Please clarify whether this is correct or not

no igst will not charge beacuse as per section 12 of igst act.place of supply shall be the location a which immovable property is located or inteded to be located.so it would be the ntra transaction

Suppose the service provider in Telangana entered into agreement with service provider in AP then the place of supply will be what

place supply will be place of property and if service provider place and place of supply state are same then CGST/ SGST would be changed by supplier and if not then it would become inter state supply and IGST will be changed by supplier
