I have 2 query plz reply.
1) suppose I am in Maharashtra given order to Ahmedabad and instruct them to deliver machine in Ahmedabad and bill to me (Maharashtra). so in this case what will be place of supply and what GST rate to be applicable?
2) suppose I am in Maharashtra given order to Maharashtra supplier and instruct them to supply goods in MP branch and bill to in Maharashtra. so in this case what will be place of supply and what GST rate to be applicable??

1. POS will Maharashtra (IGST will be charge by Supplier )
2. POS will be Maharashtra (CGST/SGST will be charge by supplier)
