Query regarding partnership firm

Dear sir, i have a client whose partnership firm was registered manually in 2004, thereafter many changes took place like Admission/Retirement of partners, Changes wherein were updated with registrar of firms manually & recently a partner in the firm has died somewhere in june2015. changes in deed were made for the same.. so, My question is what is the procedure i need to follow to get the affect of death of partner in deed? please suggest me what to do? i mean just filling of form "E" mnaully is enough orelse there is any other process for the same?
