Query regarding online application form

You can fill Registration Id and Password in the required field. Because you can fill any one from Date of Birth and Password. Sometimes the server does not accept Date Of Birth.

When you have filled the form online, you must have recieved an email on your email id (which you have mentioned in the form) containing Registration Id and Password. You can retrieve password from that mail.
