We are purchasing furniture(capital item) from Mumbai to bangalore. My question is we can issue the C form to vendor. If Yes How to apply sales tax forms in karnataka we have to apply online.

you cannot issue C FORM for furniture purchased as it is a capital item
You can issue C FORM for only those goods purchased which are mentioned in your REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
