23 July 2009Our company provides loan to employees for House building(HBA). Then the employees give the same house to company on lease. Then company again give same house to employee on rent. My question is whether employee can claim Interest on HBA more then 150000 or not U/S 24.

if other conditions
contruction in 3 years
and after 1999
are fulfilled
intrest upto 150000 can be claimed
