Query regarding GSTR-9

For suppose if we availed ITC related to F. Y. 2018-19 in sep 2019 and due to ineligibility of that particular ITC, want to reverse it now in GSTR-9 of F. Y. 2018-19. Is it possible to reverse in GSTR - 9 of F.Y.2018-19 or we have to wait till filing of GSTR-9 of F. Y. 2019-20
