25 July 2009is the income from dealing in futures and options is a speculative business income.. n shud b considered as business income unlike as shares which is treated as income or loss from capital gain.... if a statement is given for dealing in such instruments and shares...how can one identify whether its derivatives or shares.....

Income From F& o Transactions is to be considered as business income and not as Speculative Business income.
