We filed Form No. 10A for A.Y. 2022-23 as per Recent Amendment in IT Act, 1961 for already registered trust u/s 10(23C) & 80G and we got Order for Approval in Form 10AC for both i.e. 10(23C) & 80G seperately.
As per Circular of Ministry of Finance dt.31/03/2022 regarding filling of Form 10AB for “The application for registration or approval under section 10(23C), 12A or 80G of the Act in Form No. 10AB”.
Kindly apprise me whether we should again file Form No. 10AB for the Trust for which we have already received order for approval.
