Query regarding first attempt

I filled up the exam form (ca final) but Due to some reasons i wont be able to write my final in may 12 . I will have to completely skip this attempt n will apppear in nov 12 for final exams so my query is whether nov 12 will be consider as my first attempt or the 2nd one?

BUT WHY U NT GIVING THE XAM...U SHUD SIT IN THE XAM...U NEVER KNW WHN LUCK STRIKES U....!!
