Query regarding finance act
I want to know that normally there is a Finance Act for a year. But in 2014 it was called Finance (No. 2) Act, 2014. Why is the "No.2" used?

In 2014, there was interim bugdet as well as full budget due to the elections. Hence, there were 2 finance acts.
