11 February 2018Do we need to quote new registration date (i.e. Date of Revalidation) in case of revalidation, or the original Date of Registration into the coourse, while filling the form for examination?

I got a reply that in case of Re-Validation the date of revalidation needs to be filled in the Registeration Date in the examination form.
