We are in the business of supplying IT networking products.
I wanted to know if I can use my personal vehicle (car) for delivering small quantities of products from distributor warehouse to client location at a distance of 40 kms.
Will the procedure remain the same to generate E-Way bill remain the same?

A ‘movement’ of goods of more than Rs 50,000 in
value cannot be made by a registered person without an e-way bill.
but gst bill is require if such movement
otherwise penality will attract
