We are not able to digitally sign .xml file generated by caoffice software. Following error occurs while signing the same.

Contact the service provider, who has given you the Digital Signature they have the better knowledge of it.

Actually we have contacted the provider of Digital Signature and of Caoffice Software. But both are claiming that the other one might be having the problem.
Please let me know if anyone is using Caoffice Software, they might have faced or may be facing the problem.
also delete all the cookies n web history n temp files..

These r just temp files which are used while signing digitally...
it will not create ny problem....

Just go to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.jsp
login wid ur PAN if u hv user id or create a new user id with ur(of that HUF,Firm etc) PAN details..
login with PAN n pw..
upload ur xml file of ur ITR and attach digital sign at the place shown in that webpage..
click ok. it will generate ack of efiling mentioning the ROI is filed using Digi Sign...
but u must hv all the prerequisite s/w...

The cookies and all Temp files are deleted by the software Ccleaner that we are using. There are no Certificates in the Content Tab of Internet Options. and there are two untrusted publishers therein. Shall i delete that??

They ask for personal detail (like name, surname, date of birth etc. If I put this information blank then it does not accept. What to write against Surname date of birth etc. Please reply in detail, I am confused. For registration of Individual it accepts OK but for HUF an firm it does not accept. 1. go to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.jsp
2. click of new user Register
3. fill up PAN of HUF/FIRM n press click
4. write complete name of HUF/FIRM only in LAST Name, leave blank the first n middle name. in place of DOB u have to write the date on which the HUF/FIRM was created. (NOTE - ALL THE DETAIL SHOULD MATCH WITH THE INFORMATIONS PROVIDED IN FORM 49A, IF THE DATA DOESN'T MATCH WITH THE PAN DATA THEN U CAN NOT CREATE USER)FOR THIS U CAN SEARCH HERE https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/knowpan.do
THERE IS NO CHANGE THE PROCESS OF CREATING USER ID...

One thing i wanna say that there should be seperate PC for ITR efiling & for ROC efiling. and should be installed with only those s/w which are very useful n necessary.. all the other p s/w like Ccleaner etc. creates problem for these works as these efiling systems have been created only based on licenced of freeware s/w.. so avoid more n more unnecessary s/w.
delete the publishers too.. restart ur PC.. then try...
if it doesn't work then try on ny other PC.
if it works there then u must format ur PC..
But i m sure that its not the problem of either DSC or of CA Software coz i'd faced same problem many times and resolved the problem just by the steps what i've told u...
try buddy.. it works...

change the security to medium from medium high or high
it will not give message
