I have the folowing queries regarding digital signature:
1) Is a digital kit in any way superior or is of more utility than a .pfx file? .pfx file is cheaper to make and easier to install on the computer. Hence I prefer the same. But is there something in MCA or Income Tax that can be done only by using the kit? I haven't found anthing such though.
2) Can digital signature now be made or renewed for 2 years?
3) Take a case where ABC and co. have audited a pvt ltd company's accounts. Now, can XYZ and co. certify their forms like 23AC, 23ACA and 20B? These forms are for filing B/s, P/L and Annual Return with the Registrar.
