Can a student doing CA can do CS simultaneously.I mean to say CA & CS at a time.

I am not agree as more then 50% is not right. I am sure there are not more then 40% who are doing CS too.

ya i can do

if you will go in CS institiute you will see how many candidiate are also doing CA

you are agree with near abt 40%
