query regarding conversion from pcc to ipcc.

at present i m in pcc,i want to convert to ipcc .

i have 1.5 years still left of articleship,can i convert to ipcc now????

i have completed 2 years of articleship, i want to know whether i have to do full 3 years of articleship

after passing ist group of ipcc in may 2011.
