Query regarding ca final exam form

Respected Sir, My ca final attempt is due in MAY 17. I cleared ipcc unit 8 in nov 16.After clearing my cpt i registar for pcc which after some time got converted into ipcc My articleship was completed in 2011. My query is regarding the certificate of service which is to be signed by the principal as per the new announcement. I live in another city for job purpose. Am i required to go to the my principal for taking his signature on certificate of service or any ca can sign that certificate? And of the option available in the portal which is the certificate i need to download and get it signed? plz help me out very confused
